Ingredients

•     10 Tbsp butter, room temperature
•     ? cup vegetable shortening
•     1� cups granulated sugar
•     2 eggs
•     1 Tbsp vanilla (I used 1 tsp + 1 vanilla bean ~ totally optional)
•     2 tsp baking powder
•     1 tsp salt
•     3? cups flour

Frosting

•     � cup vegetable shortening
•     4� cups powdered sugar
•     1 tsp vanilla
•     � cup + 1 Tbsp milk
